See attached pic of my bow, or one like it. I don't have the flipper on it. I have a Bearhair traditional rest with the hair pad on the floor of the rest and leather pad against the riser. I'm getting rubbed right were the red arrow is. I know it's my fletching and have tried turning knocks slightly to reduce it but hasn't help. Is this normal?55783
Where is your string nock located? How high above square with your rest?

I agree with above...
Try moving your string nock up or down just a little and make sure you arrows are not to stiff.
Tell us a little more about your setup. What poundage at 28"? What arrow are you shooting?
You can also try building up the rest with a toothpick, leather, velco etc...

Too stiff an arrow or too low a nock are common things that will cause that. What you are getting is contact with the arrow and shelf, if the spine and nock pt. are correct your fletching should not hit the shelf at all. Need to do some bare shaft tuning and you should know right away what the problem is. Mark
