I've never been down there before and was wondering if y'all would advise running 17.5 ft. Tracker around this stretch?

Appreciate it Bigdawg. Is it safe to travel in both directions for a long ways? I dropped the boat in last week and ran only a couple of miles south before daylight began to fade on me. Scenic and swampy though.

North is good too...
I probably run north more than south because I hunt on the base.It is about the same either way. If the water gets down you'll have to watch out a little more but it is still passable.You can also put in at Bullards landing which is up the river from 96 behind the base.-Mark
