The wind cost me deer #2 this morning...I saw 2...One was coming on a string to a white oak tree that I was sitting beside...I had a broadside shot at 35 yards but that is a little out of my comfort zone..She was on a path that would take her about 10 yards from me...I decided to be patient...All of the sudden the wind gusted right to her....She raised her nose and turned and smoked it out there...
