I love to squirrel hunt and love to eat squirrels, but how in the world do I make them tender?? Their good eatin, just a lil tough. I've boiled them but this just seems to make em stringy. Maybe I'm doin somethin wrong? Can someone help me on this? Thanks.

We Put Them In The Pressure Cooker For A Short Time Then Cook / Fry As You Want Them. It Ususally Makes Them Mouth Watering Tender. Also The Older A Squirrel The More Tough. So Look Hard And Take The Younger Ones.
Yeah It Takes Time And A Little Culling But It Can Be Done.

Soak them overnight in beer. You can soak them in pineapple juice and make it real tender, but then it taste like teryaki.
