Your team mate has not logged on since 8/9.
He doesn't even know he's on a team.
Check the thread Sat. morning.

Well guys I got out this morning and went to a stand I hung about two weeks ago. This was the first time the wind had been right and I had time off. So I get to my stand and find a bear has chewed my seat off my summit climber for the second time in three years. I am really starting to dislike bears. So I go a head and climb up and have to stand up leaning against the tree. At 8:20 I hear a couple of deer coming towards me. They come in and start eating whiteoak acorns about 40 yards from me. I think i see antlers but can't tell for sure. It's kinda thick. They finally start feeding right to me. The first one is a spike (year and half) and he has 10-11 inch cow horns and weighs maybe 90 pounds. He comes right to my tree and I decide not to ventilate him. Looking for two good bucks this year. So the second deer is following his path. Well when the doe is about 20 yards out the spike starts sniffing and licking my tree. He is sniffing hard like a dog. This makes the doe edgy and she starts slipping back the way she came. At 25 yards she is quartering away slightly and in a small opening. I bleat her stopped and shoot. She tucks her tail and tears out. I think I hear her go down 50 yards away. The spike is still standing directly under my stand. He finally bolts off the way the doe ran. I wait fifteen minutes and get down. There is very little blood on my arrow and none on my broadhead. I turn around to look at my tree to make sure I'm in the right place and I see a white oak limb cut into. DANG IT.:banginghe I follow the way she ran for 100 yards and nothing. Not the first drop and this isn't my first rodeo. So i guess it went either really low or really high. Can't wait to get back out there. I would have been my first doe with my bow. All my other bowkills have been bucks. Just another day in life.
