1917 Eddystone

My Father gave me a 1917 eddystone, I never fired it. I've given it to my son. We took it to the range and could not keep it on target. We thought that maybe the rear sight adjustments, would not adjust, but after we got home, we found that the front sight is loose. You can remove it by hand. Anyone know where I could get replcement parts or a base and rings for a scope mount for a rifle this old?

You can tighten the front sight on your rifle by taking a hammer and tap gently on top of the dove tail groove on the sight base.

Do it by degrees so as to not get it too tight.
