Don't know a whole lot about what I'm looking for. I've never used one and was wondering what people thought about these things. Thanks. GA

No real input as I have never used the tow behind but you can look hear for more information.

I have used the DR walk behind and it will go places you don't want to go so use their specs for the pull behind and then look around at what others have to offer then find one that fits your specs and budget (shop the used market too!). DR builds really good stuff but I know others have similar for cheaper. Just do some looking around and make sure you get what you need and it is safe to operate. I would be real careful to make sure the front of what ever you get can stop a chunk of wood from being slung out the front. I have launched some a long way and at high velocity out the front of my walk behind but it is open...maybe that will help you some...

I bought a used "Polaris" brush cutter last year (which is really a Swisher painted gray). It's the brush cutter (RTB). It had very dull blades and when I had the blades replaced, found that the belt was the wrong size. I've ordered the new belt. I was satisfied with the way it cut, considering the dull blades. I expect it to cut much better with the new belt/blades. Swisher makes a pull behind finish mower which is similar to a riding mower deck. My brushcutter has swinging blades like a bushog. Paid $600 for it (used). My Honda 300 pulls it fine.
