Looking for 3 good QDM Hunters......
900 acres 2 tracts Greene / Taliaferro County PRIVATE LAND
8 point outside the ears or better QDM
old bunk house with electric and water
Power for campers
kids welcome
Prefer-non drinkers
Lease runs June 1st 08 through May 28 09
19 members on 900 acres 950.00 year round
Each hunter will get 2 hunting locations total. They are your areas. You must mark them on the board. You must mark them in the woods on flagging tape with your name, date and hunter number. No one is allowed to hunt your area. You can relocate your hunting locations at any time as long you do not encroach on someone else’s area. If you want to hunt an area once before you move your magnet, that’s OK Just, be sure you note it on the board. Stands should be a safe distance apart. NO stand nailed into any tree. Towers, climbers and ladders only. Good rule of thumb is 150 yards between stands. Safety, terrain and common sense should dictate this. Club president will settle disputes if needed.
Camping location is at an old house in Carters Grove. It is located on the 420 tract we have power for campers. Water and electric in the house. Tent camping and bunking in the old house as well. The house is open for your use. Clean up after yourself. Bunk space first come first serve NO blue tarps allowed, use green or brown
If you want a personal food plot on the club, you may develop it yourself. It would count as one of you hunting locations. Do not cut or destroy any trees on any property.
Please speak with me before developing any foodplots.
8 points or better outside the ears Quality Buck something you would want to mount on all tracts, kids (under 16) can shoot anything. , but I ask that they “upgrade” each time on a buck. For example if they have killed a spike, then they should not shoot another spike, but take a 4 or 6 point. Mature Does may be taken at any time.
2 Guest days per season, must be scheduled in advance with me. Guest policy applies to all seasons. Guest must hunt in one of your locations.
Kids under 16 are covered by your membership, IF they do not have a hunter safety certificate, they must hunt under your direct supervision. They must hunt in one of your locations.
