This last september, we saw day old chicks. They couldn't fly yet. All season long we were seeing roosters that weren't colored and probably would make the winter. Luckily the year has been mild so far. Its hard to believe you can hunt in t-shirts in febuary in South Dakota. I guess i am wondering if anyone knows how many hatches the birds have and why they had them so late in the season.
