Parker Bros. Damascus Shotgun

I just inherited a Parker Brothers damascus double barrel 20 gauge model d shotgun made in 1893. Does anyone know any info, value etc. Any info would be greatly info.

Nice piece of work. Hang it over your fireplace mantle and admire it. Firing it with smokeless powder not recommended.

Very good advice from Mr. Vernon. Damascus barrels were made in the blackpowder era, for shells loaded with blackpowder. If you try to shoot modern smokeless powder loaded shells in it, it is subject to explode.

I bet it is a purty thang. I'd like to see a picture. Vernon and Nic are right; It should just be admired now.
