help with a .22 hornet

would any of you be willing to share some load info with me. i about to get started on loading 1000 rds for a friend and was hope to narrow down to a few selections before i start. from my research they 45gr bullet with imr 4227 powder should offer good results. any help is appreciated.

I have loaded some 40 gr Seirras with lil gun as well. pretty accurate. I,ve also been shooting some factory loads made by Prvi Partizzan (spelling might not be right) and have found them to very accurate out of my Ruger 77/22. plus they're very affordable. Midway and Graff and sons both stock them
