Nothing close to what Nicodemus and some others here do but I'm still tryin'. The two longer points are 3.75" and my longest so far. The pinkish colored one is Kay County chert from either Kansas or Oklahoma, at least that is what I have been told. Truth is, all I know is that it is rock of some sort.

Kinda like a lot of things I do. Someone asks me what I'm doing and I just say I don't know, I figure that out when I'm done.

This hobby has consumed me. I have neglected and procrastinated about many other serious matters all because of these blasted rocks. I keep telling myself I WILL NOT knap today so I can get some other things done but I rarely listen to myself.

Sure thing Delt! I can show you how to make hinge fractures, steps, big rocks into little useless pieces, how to get tiny pieces of Obsidian under your skin, turn a long point into three smaller pieces with the potential of becoming three small points in the right hands.
