Oh My! I took a stab at grilling some quail yesterday. WOW! I'm not going to say I'll never eat them fried again, cause that would be silly. I will say, however, that I have a new favorite way to fix them. I didn't even marinate them. I just baisted them with butter & seasonings while they were on the grill.
I even saved a few for lunch today .
