Who knows of a Meat Processor/Butcher shop around Perry? I do my own deer but our lease has hogs and if I shoot one I would like to have it professionaly done,,, chops, hams, bacon, ribs, etc,,,,

I know Crocker's on Hwy 127 between Kathleen and Bonaire takes hogs. They are probably the closest one to you.
Whitt's off Hwy 26 in Macon county takes hogs, and does a first rate job. It's a little further from you, but he and his staff take great care/pride in their processing.

Thanks JUNEBUG,
I was hoping I could find someone on the southside of Perry of even south of Perry along I-75

The best I have seen is FRank Davis, Flint River processing. He is between Ft Valley and Roberta on 341. Open all day every day during the season and about two weeks afterwards getting caught up

I use Whitt's processing. About 20 minutes from Perry and when I lived in Perry, this is where I took them. His name is Lee Whitt and his number is 478-472-6520. He's open, I was there yesterday. He's off Hwy 26. Take Exit 127 and go west like you're going to Yoders Restaurant. Take the left on the road adjacent to Mom's Grocery, Whitt's sign is there also. Immediately after the left, take the first right. Whitt's is about a quarter mile on the left. Great sausage and jerky and a wonderful staff. Most are mennonites and I've never met a mennonite I didn't like.
