I took my kids to school this morning and got in the woods late.I set up about 7:45,at 8:00 i had a bird come by about 80 yards,He didnt even look my way,8:20 i had 2 gobblen there heads off,At 8:40 they came over the hill ,every time i hit my call, theyd gobble,8:45 they came in and i got to try out my new stoeger 12ga ,It rolled him,He had a 9 1/2in beard with 1 inch spurs, a good bird for me.My buddy also killed a tom at 8:20 this morning, we were about 300 yrds from each other.
