This morning around 9:30 I came into my home office and sat down which happens to be beside a widow. When I looked out, a red tail hawk was sitting on a limb of a tree about 10 yards away on the backside of the tree. Once I sat down, the hawk flew off. Once the hawk flew off, within less that 10 seconds a squrril came onto the limb above which the hawk was sitting on . 
Mind you these two limbs are about 3 feet apart. Only guess I have is the hawk was trying to catch the squrriel. After seeing me he was gone too.
