Those are awesome Leo, IF I take pics that close with a snake I have to be literally eyeball to eyeball :crazy: problem I"m just dumb enough to try it :huh:

You're turing into Austin Stevens (the snake man on Discovery and HDNET) He get up close and personal and takes alot of shots like that...

Well .... probably as close as I can get to the Feral position and still use the tpod:biggrin3:

The 2x TC is a challenge for me to get use to and clear shots with, most are still in the area of "blind hogging";)

Kewl close-ups !!

Looks like it may be a black rat snake though and looks like he may have recently taken care of one of the them when looking at the bulge in his mid-body(in the upper part of the first pic).
