catfish stew
11lbs catfish.3sliced bacon,1cupchopped onions,1/2 cup chopped greenbellpepper, 1(28oz) can tomoes, 2cup of peeled and dices pototes, 1 cup water,1/4 cup ketchup,2Tbs worcestershire sauce, 1teaspoon salt, 1/2teaspoon pepper,1/2teaspoon thyme . fry bacon 3-4 minutes in heavy pot now add all onions,bell pepper cook till tender add remaining ingedints cover and simmer for 30 minutes add the fish and cook for 20 more minutes. season to taste and servs with cornbread.
