I can't find the "big buck" switch!

I know it's in there somewhere...

Anthony, all is good here and after a few nights of taking almost 100 photos of Dad's coon herd and does and yearlings... it's off to the big woods in search of some horns...

Your camera works great!

Thanks,

Hmmmmm.... You must have one of my earlier models. The new models have a 10pt switch on the bottom, right beside the 8pt switch. :p

My big buck switch worked fine last year but just will not engage this year.

Ok... My bad... I overlooked the 10pt switch... Anthony, for us older guys the fine print needs to be a bit bigger...

The next question is...where is the A.M./P.M. switch?

We need to change these guys schedule to 10 in the morning instead of 10 at night...

Either that or Dad is going to have to wait till the rut messes up their clock!

No corn... No tricks... This is why Dad wanted the Lakotacam... So he could see more than tracks left in the night...

The first buck was there at 10:30 Saturday night...

There was a spike at 2:48 and the big buck showed up at 3:20 am on Sunday...

No does... go figure...

You've probably heard me say that my lack of hunt skills is because I show up and say..., "Where'm I going this morning?" and then I try my best and do what I'm told...

Dad's put me on so many bucks, it isn't funny!

Can I get "dibbs" on that second buck?

What a brute!

Richard, your dad is smarter than he makes himself out to be.. :D

Has he had any luck yet? I know he was coming down for a while.

Both are respectable bucks, but that is a really nice one in the second pic!
Looks like a solid 10pt or better? He's Heavy too.

I lightened the picture a bit. My monitor always seems to be darker than most other monitors.

Second buck picture. (http://www.lakotacam.com/pictures/deer04.jpg)

While I was going back through some of the photos we took while we were testing the camera and getting familiar with the settings, flash and sensor...

We put some corn out so we could make sure the garden deer would stop at the camera while on the way to eat Dad's beans...

I noticed this litle guy in the right side of the photo... He liked the corn as much as the coons and deer!

I hadn't seen him before but he was in 4 of the shots...

I can't tell if he's a buck or not...

Great Photo!

That by far is the coolest thing I've seen... Cute lil' fella, looks like he's well fed! :)

Neat picture, Richard!
