Use heavy duty tin foil and make a big packet, fill with squash, onions, thin sliced potatos and a few little smokies sausage, season with salt and garlic pepper and add a little butter if you like. You can back up on the saly and use a couple of ounces of worchestersire sauce instead.

Throw it on top of the meat thats cooking, it does not have to lay on the grill grate, sometimes we do it in the oven on 350 degrees in a disposable pan, the chef hates to clean up

Take a large Vidalia onion. Stand it up and cut it from the top to about 3/4 of the way down, rotate 90 degrees and do it again (making an "X"). Do not cut all the way down.

Stand it up (cuts up) on some heavy duty tin foil, season it (garlic salt, pepper, etc), put some butter on it and some zesty italian dressing on it.

Wrap it up and set on the grill while your cooking everything else. Longer you leave it on the softer it will get.

Peel that baby apart at the table and you got some good eatins.
