This item is at the top of Bryan's wish list for Christmas.
I can get it for $404.50 w/free shipping to a local store for pick up. May add tax to that...can't remember.:confused:

Is that a good price or can I find better ???

Just make sure that it ain't too good of a deal to be true. Not sure where you are getting it from, but where-ever it is, check 'em out at www.resellerratings.com. That ain't a bad deal.

Make sure you get a couple of extra memory cards and a card reader...

it . There are lots of scams online. Sounds good though.

I have a Canon Rebel XTi that was $999 and it is a 10 megapixel and now it is on sale for like $500-$600. So in my opinion that is kinda high for such a low megapixel...so...check on ebay!

Todd, I have one of those and love it. Mine came with another lens and I think I paid @ $499 for the outfit over a year ago. Great camera ......just too big for me to stick in the backpack all the time but great for just 'shooting' with the camera. And go ahead and get him a tripod for it too.
