User Control Panel /how to add a picture?

Didn't exactly know where to ask the question, so as a newbie, thought I would ask it here. I've been trying to attach a picture to my profile but keep getting a message that it needs to be 100X100 pixels. Anybody know how to make a regular picture taken with a digital camera small enough to fit the requirements? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Thanks a lot Jim. This is one I got last year. Good rack, but it was a young deer and the small body size fooled me a little bit cause it was getting late and didn't have a lot of time.
