don't know if this is from a window strike or what but this fella was still getting it done with a piece of a beak. he ain't the prettiest critter but he ain't the ugliest cardinal we have seen on the forum this year either :rofl:

i don't know nick. i spect somebody like rip may be able to weigh in on that. drb, i am the only one in that area that critters need to worry about but the only critters that need to fear me are squirrels , starlings, english sparrows and neighbors cats !!!!

Cool shot. It should grow back, it doesn't look like it broke off too far back or into the bone. As long as he is eating, he'll be back to normal. He is lucky.
