Nuthatch and Towhee

Lots of activity at the bird feeder outside the kitchen window today. While I was eating lunch I had the Bigma handy and got a couple decent shots through the window. The Towhee doesn't show up too often so I settled for the only pose I could get.

Nikon D300, Sigma 150-500 @500mm f6.3
Nuthatch - 1/800 second
Towhee - 1/80 second

Very nice shots of some great birds. We used to have lots of Towhee's around our area,,we had some very cold weather and they vanished! Don't know if they migrate!
