Taylor co. members needed

we will be needing at least 5 members for the 2009-2010 season. 840 acres mostly planted pines with few hardwood bottoms a beaver pond and a swamp. land was select cut 3 years ago, every 5th row. there is power with camper slots. we are on a pin system. closest meat cooler is 7 miles away. NO guest but wives and children (in school) are welcome. No alchohol. price will be around $800. The timber company is going up on the price and I've yet to hear how much but it won't be over $800, hopefully less. 14 member limit. let me know what I left out. pics of the deer we've killed are on my profile.
