Braved the more than freezing temps this morning for the hopes of some making a duck and oyster gumbo tonight.
While I'm fairly new to duck hunting, there was more ice than I've ever hunted before.
That didn't seem to bother anyone but the hunters. Took three Mallards, one was unrecoverable since I don't have a dog. Brought home a nice pair to get started on that Gumbo!
