Does anyone know what the going rate per acre is in Dodge County from Rayonier? No, I am not going to bid on your lease, I just bought property and they asked If I wanted to bid on a lease that will be brand new and is butted up to my property. It is 100 acres, mostly pines, some hardwoods, not much.

10 dollars and up.I own property in Chauncey I border Rayoneir land. If you decide to bid wait till the last hour. I put a bid in early and someone put a bid in the last Day they got the lease.

The going rate is $10.00 per acre. But good luck with Rayonier they leased us property in Laurens County, told us it wouldn't be timbered for another five years and in the second week of November our 278 acres was timbered. Tim in the Rayonier Office will tell you a bold face lie. I will never lease from Rayonier again. They did not even give us a heads up that they were going to timber it. We lost two cameras and a feeder. Tim said he would give us $300.00 back for our loss and evidentially that was a lie to because we haven't got any money back.

we had problems also. they went from 6an acre to 10 in one year . there is going to be a lot more leases up for bid after may 31 . but who wants to wait untill july to get property and then have to do a lot of improvments . look for the blue paint on the trees if you see that it will be cut usually within two years depends what the market is bringing . goodluck with it

They say that Tim is the reason the price went through the roof...We got bumped off the lease in Rhine...they went to 10 dollars a acre on 900+ acres..it was 6 dollars the year before..thats a big jump in one year....I heard you cant trust him at all...Before long only people hunting will be rich folks and everyone else will be poaching
