we had duck ponds but we are letting them go due to mining.our other land is seperate from that.We have Turcky , Hogs , Deer , and some Bear.Ive seen the bear tracks and Ive seen a quick shot of a bear .They havent gave us any problems. The deer on the cover of GON this mounth was killed about 100 yards from our land.We had pic of him in one of our food plots.

Why such high dues for only 175 acres?

This guy is a friend of mine.
I know the lease is pretty expensive, plus insurance & electricity.
If you don't agree with it, then move along.
No need to post negative comments. He's just trying to keep his lease.

Sorry, I didn't realize asking a question about cost was a "negative" question.

its not negative we have had the same question before.we just pay money a head so we are not asking members through the year for more money.that seems to work better and it also helps keepall members on the same page when the weekend is over cut off the power.i dont know about you but its a real downer to go for the weekend and have to pay money when some one leaves on the power.we are all down to have a good time and it seems with money as hard as it is to earn it just brings the camp sprit down.so we are trying to keep the power on all year long.even if no one goes to the land we still have a bill.and it sure is nice to go and not have to worry if the power is on .thats all .thanks for your question. mike
