That is what I am thinking as well...kind of hard to say for sure without seeing the fruit up close.

Maybe red chokeberry?
It's one of the deciduous hollies-hard to say which one from the pic. Could be Ilex decidua, I. ambigua, I. verticillata, or a couple more. Probably I. decidua (possumhaw).
