OK kentuckychuck is shelling out up front for the porta-potties at the shin dig.
How do we get him reimbursed?
Do you want to:
- Solicit donations until expense is covered then stop?
- Put out an unlimited donation box and cover potty expenses out of that and give Mike and family the balance for their graciousness.

Any other ideas????????

Al, 2 porta potties delivered Friday set up, already talked w/ Jonathon he will be there to tell them where. Porta a pottie cost me $150.00 for the weekend. They will picked up on Monday. See yall soon, Chuck

I like this idea. It should cover the cost and then some. If this method is chosen and for some reason it comes up short, I will volunteer to cover the deficiency.
