2600 acre lease just yards off the Ohio River. Saw a dozen deer including 3 bucks that still had racks today. 200+ turkeys including a white one. Landowner want to do half or a whole. The farm is divided by a private gated and locked road that is kept up by the landowner. Lots of creek bottom, WIDE valleys. Alfalfa food plots, shooting houses, feeders and water galore. Half or all, makes no difference in rate. $20 an acre.
