MossyOak here, I live in Cedartown, Ga
I got Turkey's out the whazoo ! I have 225 arces in Cedartown and 75 acres in Forney, AL....
Can't wait to smoke some turkeys !
I have some private land that doesn't look to good this year. I hunt a lot of WMA's. Been hunting turkeys over 20 years. I limit out pretty much every year and I expect this year will be the same. I am good for 3 this year with 2 coming off WMA's.
I am pumped for next weekend, the river is up so the local wma is closed but I think I can manage to get on a bird somewhere.:biggrin2:
Went and listened again this morning and still no birds on the private land. It will get better I am sure. Here is a list of possible team names, like any of these or do yall have any suggestions?
Beard busters
Head bangers
Bloody boots
Limbhangers
Spurcollectors
Turkey terrorist
Hookers
Gobble getters
Strut Stoppers

hello guys,
glad to be on the team with all of yall. ive been hunting turkeys about 12 years now. i hunt all private land.. no wmas. dont really have any interest in them. looking forward to winning this this contest with yall this year!! i havent heard but one gobble so far this year but ill definitely be listening every morning i can this week. limited out last year. hopefully i can repeat it this year. im cool with all those names. really liked spur collectors but whatever yall decide on im cool with. this is my first turkey challenge. i missed the deadline last year.
im from pine mountain. and as for how its looking this year, saw a ton of jakes last year so i should have a good bit of 2 yr olds. hopefully i will luck up and get some 3 or 4 yr olds to cooperate. been out to listen one time and heard one bird far off. going every chance i get this week and try to pinpoint one

I just got back from walking some of my 225 acres, I had several Toms and bunch of jakes in the far back. They normally stay in the back until 2-3 weeks and they start venturing out in the middle areas. Getting ready to go out again with the wife and take some pictures of some.
I forsee a good year..
Forney, Al is my old stand by, Bama season starts tomorrow but since we cant start counting the kills until March 21st, I'll give the Bama birds one week of rest :bounce:

Team 5 "SPUR COLLECTORS"
Spur Collectors sounds great to me as well.
MossyOak sound like you really have them tied down, good deal. Rmcatcher was in the challenge last year and he posted up a real nice bird. I put 3 in the challenge last year. I can tell you we need to post every bird we kill. 12 birds between 5 hunters is a pretty tough order.
I really don't think we need to enter any jakes. Besides that I am open for any and all kills, especially WMAs and big uns. Good luck fellas.

Yea me too duck. Just saw 2 jakes in one of my fields on the way home from work.
I just got a call and was offered $150 + tips to guide in Eastman opening morning. Don't know what to do, haven't heard any on the private land and the wma is flooded. Will decide tomorrow. Eastman isn't to far from you is it Big Country?
Guide a turkey hunt till lunch time and then I am through, but giving up a opening day is hard. I have guided a few and it is fun, but never on opening day.

hey guys! Good to meet all of you. I am from south GA valdsta area. I have a little slice of turkey heaven at my disposal. The only problem is I am a GA state trooper and I have been shipped off to Jasper GA. Ive been scouting around on the wmas around there but no luck so far. I will be home enough to support us but It will not be as productive as I have been in the past. Im looking foward to hearing one drum in my face. I cant wait.

Good to hear from you there catcher! It would be hard for me to charge someone or ask them to pay sman. I would do it just for the opportunity. We have plenty of time to win this contest. Yea Dodge Co. is about 15 miles from here.
In the past I told them they didn't have to pay me, just cover my gas and maybe let me hunt a little. I was told that my wages were covered in their price from the get go and that while they would like to let me hunt they only allowed paying clients to hunt. I can't afford one of their hunts. This time it is a girl and her dad. dad is a marketing rep for sports agents. $$$

Well I'll be behind my house in the morning, heck I'll hunt all day if I have too..
Stay tuned
Boys I got one that is messing with my head. He doesn't gobble. He jumps from field to field. I keep glassing the fields and don't see him so I drive on back towards the woods and he will be standing in the field I just glassed. Did it this morning and just about 5 minutes ago. I picked up my son and swang by to see if we could see him. Got to get him soon cause the lady who owns the land has allowed 2 other guys to hunt there now. Wish me luck tomorrow.

Only the 1st week-end of the season, I just landed an awesome spot to go turkey hunting when I went and picked up some hay for my horses. The farmer told me he counted 60 turkeys yesterday, he doesnt hunt them nor does his sons...
Heck while he was loading my hay I watched 7 turkeys out in the pasture......
He said he and his wife wanted to go to Montana to do some fly fishing in August, when I told him I used to be a professional fly fishing guide, he told me if I teach them how to cast, I could go turkey hunting on his property anytime..
I told him now if I teach you in one day does it mean one day of hunting, he laughed and said" No, hunt all season "
Sooooooo tomorrow at 7pm he is taking me on a tour of his land so I will know the boundaries & that 60 acres of it is planted food plots for the deer ..
I love falling into a pile of manure and coming out smelling like a rose :bounce:
Geesh I thought my property had turkeys, his blows mine away..................
I'll score for the Team in the next couple days...

I had just got out of my truck, pulled out my slate and remembered I forgot to scratch it up, so I was trying to see if I could make some sort of noise with it. As I did a Tom just over the hill blasted me with a Gobble..
I didnt even have my shotgun out of the truck !
So I grab it, ran to the nearest bush ( remember I am in the middle of the pasture  )
Just as I creeped down to the bush, here comes Mr Tom running across the side of the hill with beard dragging, all I could do is watch him run into the woods....
Soooo I tried to stallk the old coot, but no response back, @#@##&$% !!
This evening he and I will hopefully have a meeting with 10 Gauge :shoot:

I almost didnt get my pics added in time. I would've been very disappointed if I had a bird with that good of spurs and didnt count. Remember we have 7 days after the kill to post, so no need to be in a hurry like I was.

I just got off the phone with the man that I get hay from, he is taking me to his property and showing me the boundaries, I just spoke with him on the phone, he said 3 weeks ago they had to have been over 300 birds in his food plots where I am going to get to hunt
He said this area was one of the places that Polk County introduced turkeys years ago, and its like they have never lefted, of course they have but he said they over populated with them, and they dont hunt turkeys !!
I am the only one that has hunted turkeys on this property in over 10 years...:bounce:
I am drooling...........
I may not get a chance to hunt this evening since he is showing me the place, but bet your buttocks I'll be there tomorrow evening..
And to think all I have to do is show him and his wife how to fly fish
Stay tuned, yes I am pumped !
Dang Garrett. Thought you were hooked up with Ross. Not that we could come close to paying you what you were making have you thought about something part time to save you some money on your feed? I could put the word in for you.

Drove up to the property, as previous days same flock of turkeys in the back pasture, was hoping I'd get there before they did this afternoon...
So I setup in the woods beside the pasture making sure they dont spot me like they did yesterday...
About 30 minutes into purring and clucking I see a 4 legged critter sneaking up on my hen decoy..
At this time I wished I had a video camera cause I knew what was about to happen...
In one big leap, the big OL'Bobcat pounce on my poor defenseless hen and started biting the neck while the back legs were just kicking away at it..
I just sat there dumb founded and realized no wonder the turkeys arent coming to give me a visit.
So I popped my head up just above the fallen tree, I am sure I looked awful strange to the bobcat with just my eyes peering at him with my camo hood on..
At that moment he starred me down, let out a big hiss and growl while bowing his back up..
I thought to myself, now that wasnt what I expected, I assumed he'd skidattle off...
Had me pondering, what the heck am I going to do and can this cat pounce from where he is at, to me ( 15 yards away )
Thank god he chose to do an about face and run off..
So I picked up and moved closer to the field, setup and when I settled in the turkeys flew down from the trees but this time they landed on the other side of the field..:banginghe
I called, did a jig but no sir, all I could do is watch them strut around ( all 8 of them ) with their heads turning white and blue..
Then across the street in the JL Lester WMA ( I'm on private land )I had to listen to the worst turkey caller in the world, he just scraped on the slate, gobbled with the tube caller non-stop...
I thought man I wished he'd leave, but then thought, no, keep doing that awful calling and scare the birds to me..
But noooooo they stood in one spot, 200 yards across the field and strutted till it got dark..
I lefted my decoy and blind setup and will be back in the morning, please lord dont rain and storm... ::;
I'm gonna get a turkey dang it !
sometime this season..
Too bad Bobcat's arent in season..:bounce:
Good luck Mossy, I am about to die to get back after them. I have decide to give up on the birds by the house. 1 long beard and a bunch of jakes, can't hunt a bird that doesn't gobble. Going to hit the wma and some private land this weekend. In a motel in Cummins tonight, Dawsonville meeting at lunch, then to the airport, then home. Can't wait for Saturday. Afraid the season is going to pass me by to quickly.

Heard a gun shot this morning behind my house on MY property, Drove out to where I thought the shot was, walked up on 2 guys talking about the turkey they had just shot and was getting ready to carry it off..
I asked them did they have permission to hunt, they said of course, we know the land owner personally and he is good friends with them. At that time my pressure point exploded and told them, I am the landowner and you dont know me, I dont know you !
At that point they looked like the cat that just swallowed the bird...
They dropped the turkey and started to walk off, I told them if I ever catch them on here again I wouldn't even give warning. Then one of the guys smarted off too me by telling me he'd just kick my arss and hunt anyway..
At that point I started walking back to my truck and I heard them laugh and call me a name I cant mention.
I turned around and told them jokes on you, I am speed dialing DNR right now and calling my wife to bring our niebor over here ( he's a police officer )
They then dropped the turkey and started running into the woods.
Makes me madder than a hornet when people don't ask for permission..
Heck I would've let them come back if they'd been nice, but nowadays some idiots have no clue on common courtesy for land owners..
I dont know if the DNR will ever come out since its noon time and this was at 9am, I filed a report with deputy sheriff..
I drove around and saw a truck parked in a side road with turkey hunter stickers on the back window, wrote the tag number down/description, I am sure the sheriff office will be paying them boys a visit. And to think one even threatened me bodily harm, I think I'll make a good example to him and his buddies..
I took pictures of the kill and cut the breast out, what sucks is it was a young jake...
sorry to hear that. press charges man. give em an inch and they'll take a mile from you.

these turkeys are killing me this year!!! either hens or property lines are messing me up. heard a bird gobble way far off this morning and went to him. he was about 100 yds off the property so i sat up on my side of the line. of course he went the other way with hens. sooner or later my luck will change. hopefully this week!!

This is the worst season I have ever had so far. I have not heard a bird gobble a single time this week. I went Monday, Tues, Friday, Sat, and Sunday morning. The birds just aren't there anymore. Moved to a buddys land and his birds are gone as well. I won't be able to hunt again till next Wed. This sucks!!!!!!

Sat up at the edge of the field right b4 day light, it started to rain lightly...Began calling and immediately Tom answered back.. !
I said to myself, finally some action, for 3 hrs we talked back and fourth to each other during the rain, to heavy rain, lightening, thundering and when I could see thry my binos he would strut around but never leave the 4 hens he was with..Way across the field just like before....
So I said thats it, I will go to him, so I creeped ever so slowly to him and got as far as I could at the other side of the field, they had moved further away but still in the field.
There was a little rise in the open pasture between me and him, I couldnt wade the creek to get any closer due to all the rain, ( and everything on me was soaked, box, slate was dripping wet and NO they dont work when wet ! )
So I decided what the heck, I'll belly crawl to him..
I belly crawled atleast 50 yards to as far as I could get where there was no more rise in the ground to block me..
Yes I crawled thru cold mud puddles and those darn sharp soy bean stobs......
I setup on him and took steady aim....( about 40 yards away )
Squeeze off the trigger and birds scatttered !
He ran to the edge of the field, me thinking alright I got him, but nooooooo He flew off into the thicket and lefted me standing there in the middle of the field so mad at myself for missing him !!
How the heck did I do that?
I had to go back and pick up all my gear I had lefted during my low crawl, madder than heck at myself, 3 hrs I owned himand 1 hour of crawling around like a worm...
When I got back to my truck I tried to call my wife to tell her I was heading home and found out my razor cell phone isnt water proof !
I then went to Lamars in Rockmart and got a Tube Gobbler, more 10 gauge shells and will going back tomorrow and setup on the side where they seem to always stay...I bet you a wooden nickle those birds will be on the other side where I have been hunting ...
Well, eventually I will get a bird.......
Man he was a nice one too, I could see more than one beard on him...
Only beard that lefted that field was mine and it was soaking wet !

CLEAN MISS!!! i rushed my shot. i did learn a lesson though. now i will take my time and not be in such a DANG hurry!! i didnt have a decoy out either but i think if i did he might would have come a lil closer or at least hung around a lil longer. maybe tomm i will have better luck

Went this morning before the turkeys or my wife woke up..
Sat on the edge of the field, nothing answering back at all..
Heard some movement in the woods beside my right, waited and waited, then a hen started to purr, ok their getting ready to step into the field, so I froze...
Waited, waited....notta....
Landownder called me when I was leaving, lefted a vm, said he was watching 3 hens walking across the field above me but no Toms...
As I was driving home, about 1/2 mile from where I was hunting, 2 Toms about busted my ear drums off in the edge of the woods, I backed up and saw the 2 biggest Toms I'd ever seen with acouple hens..
Dang it !! now why wasnt them birds around me???
Oh well, hopefully when this cold spell goes away we'll all start seeing more birds and the Toms won't be Henned up..
Another day, another no kill....
Sorry guys

645am sat down where I thought they were roosting near.
Yup, gobblers started to talk to me across the ridge, then a Tom to my right up in a tall pine showed himself, started to cluck, being real still purring at him as he watched my hen, he moved to another tree across the creek, he clucked somemore then flew down at top of ridge, never made a sound after that. 5 minutes later, Tom in a tree to my left, never made a sound flew down behind me, no sound no nothing, waited 45 minutes, no gobbles no nothing.
I Creeped up behind where I was sitting no bird in site..
Thats it, going across the creek to see whats on the other side of the ridge.
Got to the edge of the property, what appeared to be cow silouettes turned out to be 2 toms and 2 hens, oh yes they talked back but never attempted to come to me.
I could have popped both of them, but they were on the wrong side of the fence.
So I decided ok, get as close as I can just for the heck of it, if I cant shoot them I'll atleast observe..
30 feet away one tom was strutting around and what appeared to be his backside turned out to be his front and he saw me, then of course they all walked in a fast pace away from me on the someone elses property..
Geesh, question is, why did the Turkeys NOT cross the fence?? Cause they knew I couldnt shoot them ! :banginghe
Oh well, theres always tomorrow..
Hopefully I'll catch them on the property I have permission to hunt on..
Patience....Patience....I keep telling myself..
How every-1 else do??
And what would you have done? would you have shot, ran across the fence and run back on your property??
I feel I made the right decision, as bad as it hurt, I knew it just wasnt the right thing to do..

Well I wasnt planning on going out this afternoon, I was taking a nap on the sofa
I looked out the bedroom window watching my wife brush down our filly and decided to scope out the pasture, sure enough one loney Tom, hummmmmm should i??
Yeah what the heck...
Threw on my dirty clothes from this mornings hunt and scrambled to cut the Tom off..
As I was sneaking thru the woods to reach the far back pasture on my propery expecting to see him, 2 jakes, 4 toms started to run down the fence line towards the single tom..:banginghe
Great, ... So I setup back on the edge from the pasture and watched a jake scratch thru the leaves while my bull was snorting at the niebors bull to my right..
Walked down the pasture and back up easing towards where I saw the lonely Tom and sure enough instead oof one there were 2 toms..
I setup in the thick briar patch like an old wabbit..
Purred some and waited for them to come too me..
After about 30 minutes I snuck around and peeped with the binos and Poof ! they disappeared..
No way they saw me, I got scratches to prove I was so camo'd up in briars..
As I peeped to the left and just as I figured, the niebors dog was in the pasture running around with no care in the world..
It was getting dark on me so I walked back home..Empty handed again...
But, its good to know the birds are back on my property and the hens are not with them..
Its always been an afternoon hunt here so I will wait till the afternoon to see if I cant fetch up one of my birds giving me a visit.

I am right there with you duck, I have limited out every year for at least the last 10. So far this year I have only heard one bird since opening day and he was in a different zip code. This is rough I live and breathe for turkey season. I got another offer to guide again the other day and turned them down just so I can get some "me" time. The birds just aren't on my land this year. I don't understand, I hunt land that touchs 6000 acres of unhunted land and there aren't turkeys on the other side either. I have redone my travel schedule for the next week or two so I can get to some wma hunts. The local wma is under water, so I got to hit the road. Good luck.

Here Turkey Turkey :shoot:
I think you should be allowed to pepper idots on a wma. I blindly stop at a gate at 6:30 this morning and walk about 500 yards down a road. Gobbling time one hollars back towards my car. Bird is roosted 150 yards from the hood of my car on a wma. I set up on him from the back side and use the road as a buffer to keep him in play. There is a swamp flooded to my right and the road behind the bird, he is trapped!! So I thought, within 30 minutes I had 2 other hunters set up on this bird. I see him at full strut 90 yards out and heading toward me. Then he tucks and runs, I can only assume he spotted one of the other guys. He didn't say a word for another hour. Then he gobbles 2 times when I cut to him. All this does is bring hunters from every where on the wma. I finally stood up when I saw two hunters walk past me. they could see my car from where they were. why do people not have respect for others on wma's? finally left and walked to the car, there was a road behind my car, walked down it and the gobbler was standing in the middle of it. He took off, slipped right by everybody. Going back to him this afternoon.

I know some fellas would disagree with me, but too many times you get setup, do your homework and spend the time convincing the bird to come to you and Poof, all that wasted because someone else either doesnt respect you or they dont know the difference of a real Turkey sound to a hunter, so they bust it for every-1...
Hope you go gettum and can somehow avoid the other hunters..
I'm outta here, gotta go get in the woods..

Ok,
Setup this afternoon around 4pm, knew it was windy but I watched a hen in my back pasture when I got home and decided if she's out in this wind, surely Mr Tom is..
So I setup my ground blind and Miss Hen had worked her way to the far left back pasture, I watched her for afew minutes and decided I had better get the blind setup inbetween some oak trees on the edge of the woods..
430pm rolls around and its getting real black, really windy..
I am setup, no way am I leaving..
Yesterday After watching 2 Toms and a hen strut around about 30 yards from where I was setup, I decided to hunker down..Nope I'm staying put, no wind and dark clouds gonna scare me away..
5pm rolls around, a lonely hen walks about 20 feet from me, no sound coming from her at all, she was staggering from the wind blowing so hard.. I did acouple of yelps and the old hen squawted down right infront of me and my hen decoy, heck I thought she was going to start laying eggs.
She finally got up and walked off but in a strange kind of hurried way as if she was running from something..
530 rolled around and it started to rain, the wind even got stronger and from a distant I saw lightening..
Nah, I'm staying, those Toms should be around soon..
About 630 the sky cleared up to blue skies, but to my right it was still real dark...
655 came and the sky filled up with really dark clouds, when I say wind, I mean gale force winds.......
I thought my blind was going to start flying like a kite, if I wasnt holding it down it would have I know..
Then I saw lightening again, this time about amile away.
But it kepted getting closer and closer..
Here I am, underneath trees, holding a shotgun ( me thinking, great, man gets killed when shotgun blows up after getting struck by lightening... :hair:
Man oh Man, after that last strike that seemed to raise the hairs on my neck, I crawled under the fence and ran as fast as I could to my truck, the moment I get inside the truck, lightening cracked all around...
Geesh ! Buttocks was cinched up water tight...
So I head towards town to get some dinner, saw that I missed a call, cause you know we turn our cell phones on vibrate when we're hunting right..?
Well, my buddy called to tell me at 630 that I better be out of the woods cause tornado's have gone thru Rome and one had been spotted in cave springs and coming my way ( cedartown )
About that time the bottom dropped out, more crazy lightening and big chunks of hail started to come down, I made a left ,right then, into the car wash to get out of the projectiles and it seemed everyone else had the same idea and we all filled up the car wash bays..
Well, lets just say, when your out in the woods and you hear toranado sirens go off and it gets real dark and yellowey, you better listen to that little voice coming out of your buttocks and Run Forest Run !! :hair:
I hope my blind is still standing, it will probally be up in a tree somewhere...
Oh well, made it home alive, tomorrow morning I'll be there again..
Annyone else have any better luck than me today?
Mossy
That would shake me up right there, we do need some birds for the challenge but not that bad.
I went back to the wma this morning and set up with 75 yards of a roosted bird. Watched him fly down and go the other way. Called him back to me and he circled me in a thicket. I saw him at 80 yards then 10 minutes later I heard a putt. Don't know what happened. Good news is I am working on a big deal in that town and will be back next week!!!

ive been trying to pattern 2 birds ive been seeing in a field i hunt. i built a blind there friday. i didnt get off work till 645 yest morn and i hauled tail to the woods. slipped up on the hilltop in the woods and look down in the field, and the 2 longbeards are strutting 30 yds from my blind:banginghe. this was at 720. headed back to work this morn so i didnt get to hunt but ill be in that blind the next morn im off. and im shooting both birds if i can pull it off!!!
I had sunrise service with a bird this morning. He gobbled good on the roost but the first time I yelped to him, he flew down the opposite direction and never gobbled again. Guess I said something he didn't like.
Guys I am still tryin my best to find some birds on my land by the house. There is still one gobbler over there, he gobbled once this morning. I crossed 4 plowed fields and a flooded creek just to get where he gobbled one time. He never sounded off again. Went to a wma yesterday and didn't hear a word. Not giving up yet, I will go out swinging.
I got on two different birds this morning at a wma. both went the opposite way. i got tired of chasing the second one and charged him. I kept trying to circle him. Thought I was in front of him and I hit the call and he blew my ear drums off at 40 yards behind me. Like and idot I sat down in place instead of turning around and trying to get a shot. That was the closest i have come to sealing the deal this year.

Change of plans, my knee is about to fall off from chasing birds yedterday. Was going to stay in Eatonton, but my buddy jdash just called and said he was plowing and there was a gobbler standing in the corner of the field watching him. Said the gobbler was just feeding while the tractor was 35 yards from him. He has already passed by him twice and he won't leave the field. Please let me get this one.
Called in a jake this morning and then we saw a strutter in another field. tried to circle him but got made in the process I think. we will be back on him Saturday morning.

i talked to my buddy all afternoon while he was plowing a field. he was watching a gobbler in the back of the field again. said he got within 40 yards again and the bird just stood there. he called to get me to come on over and kill him but i was baby sitting my kids. The bird was chasing a jake around the back corner of the field. I broke out bmobile and put a real fan on him this afternoon. it is on in the morning.
Duckman is right it is on. This morning I dropped my son off at school and then ran by my land close to the house which has had zero birds on it. There was one in the back hollerin. He was across a plowed field and would not come to me. Good to know one is in there now.
I haven't gave up yet. I have a buddy who has started letting me hunt this monster of a turkey. We have tried 2 mornings with no luck and only 3 gobbles. Went yesterday afternoon and was going to park the truck under a oak tree out in a pasture and the bird I think was a sleep underneath the tree. He let me drive within 10' of him then jumped up and ran for his life. He fell twice while trying to run and watch me at the same time. He was under the same tree again today a 2:30, but I had the kids and couldn't try him. Planning on having breakfast with him in the morning. Good luck to yall.

congrats Duckman!!!
I thought I would have my last two entries this week but this week has been crazy. My birds are acting up!I just posted this in the regular forum. read and let me know what yall think is going on.
first Let me start by saying I hunt in turkey heaven in Echols county. Lots of birds and plenty of land all to myself. I can sit in one spot and here somtimes over 20 birds. Its usually pretty easy to hunt there. I love taking people there and love getting their first bird on film. Ive had little trouble in guiding for 4 people this year. everybody got three bird.
But, this week was supposed to be my week. I had 4 days off and I was going to give them heck. well turns out they had plans of giving me heck. These birds are usually very easy to get to gobble. but I have hunted hard the past 3 days until 11 am each day without hearing one gobble. Ive been busting turkeys out of the roost all during the morning hours. The amount of strutting sign has totaly stopped. I assume its because the hens are nesting but Ive never seen it where the gobbling totaly stops. and what r the turkeys doing in the tree a beautiful day at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00??? Im baffled and beat. Ive been setting aside my week and now look, they stay in the tree all frigin day. This is weird behavior for my place. I wonder if the flooding has somthing to do with it, or maybe the mosquitoes( i know I would stay in the tree!) I cant believ they would shut down like this.
What is going on. Is it just totaly over?

They are eluding me ...
Heck I am even in a full grnd blind and they still dont visit me..Even when I do alittle calling..
I think the weather threw them off yesterday and today, but who knows..
I invite any of you to come help me out !!!
Some land near the house that is loaded with turkeys and has not been hunted all year long just became available. Maybe it isn't to late for them down here.::;
One more thing, I did blow out my knee. The cartlidge is torn, I went and had blood drained off of it today. I have an MRI scheduled for next week and surgery will probably be 2 weeks after that.

Well guys it has been fun, I really enjoyed this years team despite me not even contributing a single bird. To say it was a rough season for me is an understatement. I think I got on 3 maybe 4 birds gobbling all season long and all were on wma's. Good luck to all through out the year. Once again I really enjoyed it.:bounce:
