my dad (62) got his first wallhanger this morn. in floyd co. it was a 10pt not a monster but heavy racked. he had seen 3 does come down a trail and 20 min. later the buck came down the trail nose to the ground and bird-dogging to follow those does. it seems a little early for that but his hocks were already black and stinking also this deer was atleast 3.5. my dad is on a roll, he also got his first bow kill this year.
