how have you done so far with your rifle? how about muzzle loader?

i killed me a buck wednesday small 8 pointer( i never would have shot it on my own place) out a buddy of mines place..... since then i have not even seen any bucks, i have saw a bunch of doe every time i have went and they all come directly under my stand( i have moved 3 different times, and they still come right to my tree) but i have just not seen any horns!

No luck so far, my brother shot the large 8 point I was after with his bow. I should have taken the shot when I had it presented two weeks before brother shot him. I am hunting for another but have not located him yet. I will not shoot anything but does unless a buck is 8 point or better with at least a 16 inch inside spread. That makes for slim pickings on Hightower Mountain. Maybe I will do some more bow hunting, lots of slick heads out there.

i think there is a lot of slick heads every where!!!

i talked to chris and he said we would all get together and go hunting the first does days......... im looking forward to it!
