I was hunting a travel corridor in some thick pines when this buck came through chasing a doe. I killed him Sunday evening at 6:00 in Oglethorpe county. 19 1/2 inch outside spread. The picture does not show the mass of the deer real well. Looks like I'm heading up to Woody's in the next couple of days. My muzzleloader misfired on one about the same size last week. I sure am glad I got this one.

Very nice deer

for Oglethorpe county. Used to see alot of those back in 70s and 80s, but in last 10 years, those type of deer have disappeared. I hope they are coming back. Congrats!!!!
