There's a company in Eastman that builds dog boxes out of aircraft aluminum. They use the laminated grey material. My cousin owned one of their boxes....very light but tuff.

I saw one of their boxes at the SE Ga trade day last Saturday and really like it. I plan on getting one for my ranger before rabbit season. The name of the company was Dura Custom located in Eastman, Ga. Phone # 478-783-2401. I think they will custom build what you want.
