move stand or not

Have a lock on at a oak ridge surrounded by planted pines. Had a doe and fawn come in Sunday am. I deceided not to shoot since the fawn was so young. The old doe spotted me after about 15 minutes and blew and blew and both ran off. What I am asking is do you think I
need to move my stand 15 to 20 yards in any direction from where she spotted me?

I wouldnt, it could have been something simple like maybe she just caught alittle wiff of something she didnt like or maybe she just caught you moving alittle.

I am pretty sure she saw me as she walked off and the
fawn stayed. I leaned over to look at the fawn directly
under me and she saw the movement, but u could be
right. Just afraid with an old doe that she wont forget!!!

Old does don't get old by accident. That one nailed you when it didn't know you were there. Now it knows you're there. I bet that doe will be on high alert if/when it comes to that spot again. If I was hunting that particular doe, I would move. If there are plenty of other deer in the area that haven't busted you yet, I wouldn't count the stand as totally dried up just yet.
