Who's going?

I'll be at the 1st gun hunt for the first time. I've only archery hunted there a couple times in the Archery only area, and that was for turkey.

Gonna go scout it this Friday and see what I can find.

I plan on being there. I have hunted several and do a lot of bow hunting on Rum Creek. I also am in a lease right across the street from it off Ga 18.

Pretty good place to hunt.

I noticed it shows 5 campgrounds on the map. Do any have water or showers or all just primtive camping???

All primitive campgrounds, but you can usually get some water at the check station if you need it.

There is a small privately owned camp ground on Ga.18 a mile or 2 East of I-75 that is pretty good to pitch a tent or park a camper. L & D RV campground.

They have water, electricity, a bath house and washer and dryer.

Rum Creek is a great place to hunt.
