First deer with Muzzle loader

My wife bought me a new muzzle loader last year, today was the first time hunting with it, and I connected. with a small doe, but for the first one it bwas great, the smoke from that thing, Iwas not ready for that much, it seemed to cover the woods on this damp morning. +1. I absolutely love hunting with mine and carried it all year last year. Plan on doing the same this year.

took all four of my deer last season with mine and have two already this year. going to try again this evening and tomorrow evening.

Thanks, Yep I thought that. I watched this deer for awhile, Then I oecided to shoot it since I did not see any thing else, when I shot deer went every where, one even came down and stood under my stand for quite A while.and blowed and kept looking back at the dead deer. finally trotted off.
