All right somebody ID this one for me. Water Moccasin? Has stripes that I've never seen in a moc. He was definitely a poisonous snake, saw his fangs!

It`s a cottonmouth. A very light colored one.

it is a Young water Moccasin also know as a Cottonmouth. As they age they will darken up and in many cases look all most black. Becareful as playing with a dead snake can still be deadly.
