Talk about smacking your head against a wall, I was flat out told that I could not legally ship a shotgun to another Ga. resident, without going thru a FFL. The law, according to the USPS website is quite clear, yet everybody I spoke to (almost) said it couldn't be done. I finally printed out the law, from the website, and stood there while my Postmaster read it. Even then, he was hedging on it. It worked out in the end, but it shouldn't have been so hard.
