My Georgia's Sweet Haydee and Dan Reel's St. Thomas Chief bred Dec. 10 and we have puppies on the way. These dogs will be great hunters and pets. Chief is a distinguished hunter and very accomplished in the world of trials and is only 3 1/2 yrs old! Haydee is a great hunter and has excellent drive and temperment. She is 3 1/2 yrs old and this will be her first litter. Both dogs are BSS registered and the litter will be as well. Information on health certifications, etc. can be provided for those seriously interested in being put on the list for a potential puppy. The dogs will be $1200, all pups will be introduced to wings and water before they leave..... For those boykin owners attending the BSS Nationals this upcoming weekend, Dan and Chief will be there competing in the Open division, so take a moment to see him work if you can....We are very excited about this upcoming litter and believe strongly that these will be exceptional boykins
If interested or questions PM me or call 229-326-3507....first two pics are Haydee; last three are Chief
Thanks
Kyle

Did Chief run in the 2010 Open?
He did, tough competition this year in the upland nationals. Mule placed third and Chief 5th. Chief had a small controlled break on the first bird and that put him out of the top placements. The winner this year was a young dog Amanda, owned by Devon Ruth. Last year’s open winner Wrangler went out the first day. The complete results are http://www.boykinspaniel.com/2010UplRslts.html
We will get them at the Retriever Nationals the end of March.

A BIG congrats! Do you know how old Mule is now? I know he has won three of these things (I think) already. I have been very pleased with his line thus far. I have a male off of Rip, Mule's son.

Well, took Haydee to vet to get Xray for a head count on puppies. Could only see four or five, vet said it was hard to see because she had recently eaten and hadnt gone to the bathroom enough. I saw the films they were real blurry. We could see only about 40-50% of the area we were trying to see into, so she said there is really no telling. If there is four or eight gonna be great dogs, dont miss out

If you use the paperclip to 'attach' I think there are size restrictions so you may have to resize the images (1000x1000 pixels).
If you've already got an account, photobucket is the easiest way. Once you save them to your acct, open the picture and click 'Share' you'll see several codes there, copy the "IMG" code and paste it into your message like so .....

Tag,
Thanks for another great pic of Chief. You going to make it to some of the Hunt Tests this Spring? We are going to do the retriever demo at the Southeastern Wildlife Expo this weekend in Charleston. We will only be there on Friday, then off to run and judge at the Charleston Retriever Clubs Hunt Test Saturday and Sunday. Hope to see some GONers at both.

I thought about using one of mine, but figured I'd keep to the original subject matter! ;) I do plan on being at a few .. I'm hoping to get Tucker a started pass or two this spring but to be honest my ignorance is holding him back! :O We're learning together though so we'll get there eventually.
So is CEHRC foregoing their spring test this year in lieu of bigger and better things this fall?? I was checking out the schedule and didn't see them there. We'll probably be at the Midlands and/or North Ga. I haven't seen a location published yet for SOWEGA.

Coastal Empire's hunt test weekend fell on Easter Weekend this Spring. We tried to get it moved but the options were just as bad, mainly due to the Grand in Louisiana. We decided it would be best to focus our energy on the Fall Grand. Should be a great show.
