Well, after 2 years of shooting my DXT, I traded her in this weekend. After shooting the latest offerings from Hoyt, PSE, and Mathews, I chose what for me, was the smoothest, best shooting bow out there. And the winner is......my new Z7! I can't believe how quiet and dead in the hand this bow is. No need for fans of other brands to tell me what a mistake I made - I just thought I'd share the news and a couple of photos.

Just spent the evening shooting mine and doing a little more tweaking.

It reminded me all over again, why I bought it in the first place. :cool:

The Z7 is an excellent bow and i look forward to hunting with mine, but i got a Bear Attack recently and will be using it for 3-D. It is a super nice bow. Wish i had shot it before i shot the Z7 honestly, but i am happy knowing i own two of the best bows on the market! Congrats on your purchase...now get out and practice! :flag:

I was excited about shooting one, based on everything I had read when they first hit the market. After shooting one, I wasn't as impressed. Maybe my expectations were too high going in there, but I ended up walking out with a Z7.
