Went out of Lazzeretto Creek early this morning in the canoe. Water was almost like a mirror so I made my way out to the jetty where I caught this on a blue crab just like RL said to! Not sure bout the weight but was 24" even and would guess around 10lbs or so and put up a great fight. Thanks again RL.
