Making treestand comfortable to carry

I've got a fairly stout treestand with I live to sit in. However, my problem is wearing it while getting to my hunting location. It's an API climber and I feel the full weight of it. I have some after market straps and they help, just not enough. I would like to get some of the weight off my shoulders and to my waist. I've looked around to see what I can do about that, but haven't found anything yet. Any and all suggestions are welcome, please pm me if you have any.

Thanks

Some adjustments I made

As you did, I added two carrying straps.

Two cushions came with the stand, back and seat, and I adjusted them so they comfortably fit my back on carries.

Used two small bungee cords to tighten the two pieces together, for a more comfortable carry.

Of course, the strong back doesn't come with the tree stand.
