Nasty little ticks!

Extension tubes did a good job - still hard finding the focus on something this small. Had a tick moving around the lip of a petri-dish and got a couple of shots!

I think you could name him spot as well!Great close ups!Are you using a tripod with your extension tubes?

I cringed when I opened this one wvdawg. I really really really don't like those things. Good shots of a nasty critter.

Nope - these were handheld and the subject critters were moving around (in and out of focus)!

:eek: I cringed too Hoss when I saw him crawling up my arm! These little boogers move fast!:D

We are really fighting these things in Kansas. Farmers are losing cattle because of them. Nice shot!!!

Anybody else itching?
Next time put him in the fridge or freezer.....that'll slow him down for easier picture taking.
