You have listed a couple of specs but arrow length is dependent on:
Arrow Weight
Arrow Spine
Point Weight
Bow IBO and Cam Type
Draw Weight
Draw Length
I'm sure I forgot a few factors but your best bet is to run it through a program like OnTarget 2 Shaft Selector

You need to put a full length arrow on the bow and draw it, let someone mark the cut off spot. This is a sure fire way to get it RIGHT. I like to give the front of the arrow
about an inch clerance of the front of the rest.
