am i doing anything wrong here?

i made this video for the purpose of being able to review my technique to make sure im not doing anything wrong. ive only been shooting a year or so. just wanted to ask is any of you would please take the time to watch this and tell me if you notice anything i may be doing wrong, or anything kinda quirky i could improve on here, (punching release, flinching before release, etc)
thanks. please forgive the sound, i was at work and the air compressor was running. the rattling is from my camera vibrating against my camera mount that i made.

Well for starters, do you shoot well? Cause if you shoot good groups then obviously you aren't doing anything wrong

should be able too. i shows up fine. is your version of java or flash or whatever compatible with youtubes?

yea i see it now.... i was at work earlier and dont know why it wouldnt work.... as long as your not punching then everything looks ok from that end

Maybe dropping off to soon, but like said before if you shoot good groups why question it.
