Daniel and I went up to Sunbury to sniff around the Medway. We didn't catch a lot of fish, but enjoyed some more of Georgia's vast marsh. We stayed within a couple miles of the ramp and managed to wrestle a 22" red out of some gnarly pilings. Daniel caught his first fish on artificial as well-a healthy toad fish. Both fish ate gulp new penny 3" shrimp. Had a couple of blow-ups on topwater early and that was it. It was a beautiful area with a vast amount of fishy shoreline, almost overwhelming. If a person was to ever get that area dialed in, I believe many limits could be filled. Water temps 82 - 84 degrees, clarity fair to poor, depending on where you went. I'll be back.
