Gone But Not Forgotten
The way I read the law; blackjacks are listed on the weapons list and we now have a Georgia Weapons License and as such it would be treated the same as a firearm. The folks over at www.georgiapacking.org will be able to answer.

I asked the question on the georgia packing site and still have not gotten any straight answer, or quote from the new law, I am thinking i would be ok as long as any city or county ordnance does not affect it, but it still seems that state law would override other laws. I think i am going to carry it, going on my interpertation of the sb308 law.
